Refund Policy

FMX Services LLC strives to provide high-quality digital marketing, lead generation, website development, advertising management, and consulting services.
Refund Eligibility:
Clients may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the service purchase date if they are not satisfied with the service.
Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Review Process:
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services:
Refunds may be denied for:

Services fully completed before the refund request

Third-party advertising costs already incurred

Custom work delivered and approved by the client

Services where substantial work has already been performed
Recurring Services:
Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not automatically refund previous payments.
FMX Services LLC reserves the right to review each refund request individually.
